Nature of the service

Nalven is an online classifieds marketplace. It provides tools for publishing listings, searching and browsing, saving favorites, contacting sellers, buyer/seller chat, and contacting Support.

Unless Nalven explicitly states otherwise, Nalven is not the seller or buyer of items listed by users and is not automatically a party to transactions between users.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials, providing truthful registration information, keeping your account secure, and activity carried out through your account. Email confirmation does not mean identity verification.

Listings

You are responsible for the content of your listings. Listings should describe a real offer, be truthful, use an appropriate category, not intentionally mislead, respect third-party rights, and comply with applicable law.

By publishing content, you confirm that you have the right to publish the text, photos, and other materials you upload.

Prohibited content

You must not publish listings or other content that is illegal, fraudulent, stolen, deceptive, infringing of third-party intellectual property, dangerous where prohibited by law, malicious, or harmful to the platform or its security. Nalven may introduce additional category-specific rules over time.

Moderation

Nalven may review, reject, suspend, archive, or remove listings, and may suspend or restrict accounts, where necessary to enforce rules, protect safety, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Not every listing is manually verified.

User-to-user transactions

Buyer and seller normally decide price, inspection, payment, meeting, and delivery or transfer between themselves. Unless Nalven later explicitly introduces payment or delivery services, Nalven does not collect purchase payment, hold escrow, guarantee delivery, guarantee quality, or guarantee authenticity.

Chat

Buyer/seller chat is primarily for communication about a specific listing. Do not use chat for spam, fraud, threats, abusive behavior, malicious links, or unlawful activity. Nalven may restrict messaging where abuse occurs.

Support

You may contact Nalven Support through the product Support Center or support@nalven.ge . Support communication does not replace law enforcement, courts, banks, emergency services, or other competent authorities when those are appropriate.

Automatic translations

Nalven may automatically translate listing text. Translations may contain errors and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Where the product allows it, users may edit translations.

User content license

You retain ownership of or rights to your own content. You grant Nalven a non-exclusive license necessary to operate and promote the marketplace, including hosting, storing, displaying, resizing images, creating previews, translating, indexing, and enabling search-engine and social-preview visibility. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Nalven.

Nalven intellectual property

The Nalven brand, logo, user interface, design, software, and other materials owned by Nalven are protected. Using Nalven does not transfer ownership of platform intellectual property to you.

Automated scraping and abuse

Without explicit permission, you must not mass-scrape Nalven, automatically copy listings in bulk, create accounts or listings in bulk through abusive automation, bypass API, security, or rate limits, or mirror the database. Normal search-engine crawling consistent with Nalven’s public SEO and robots policy remains allowed.

Service availability

Nalven aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may result from maintenance, infrastructure issues, technical incidents, or third-party services.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nalven is not responsible for every user’s actions, the accuracy of every listing, item quality, completion of transactions between users, or temporary downtime. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Account restriction

Nalven may restrict or suspend accounts for fraud, spam, repeated rule violations, abuse, security attacks, unlawful activity, or attempts to bypass previous restrictions. Contact support@nalven.ge regarding account restrictions.

Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your account or related personal data. Some records may need to remain where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or legal claims.

Changes to the service and Terms

Nalven may update the service and these Terms. The current version and its “Last updated” date are published on Nalven.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Georgia. You may contact Nalven Support before escalating a dispute, without limiting rights available under applicable law.
